The Making of a Champion Part 2

Achievement-
We achieve to the degree that we learn to overcome the negative.
Achievers are willing to pay the price of achievement.
They sacrifice, struggle, work on, perhaps alone, weary and discouraged, and yet at each step overcome the negative.
Overcoming the negative is the price of achievement..the price of greatness.
So what does this mean to us, simply that there is no success without hardship. That all things are difficult before they are easy and that the measure of a champion is the way that they hold up under pressure and under bad circumstances.
How well do you handle pressure..setbacks ...a moment of bad play?
Simply put, a champion can bounce back from a setback or moment of bad play..they are "mentally tough" because they have the confidence and courage to handle the situation.
They remain calm and focused under pressure and perform to best of their ability.
We are all capable of Champion effort..believe it and you will achieve it!!
Success is not measured by what a player accomplishes, but by the opposition they have encountered and the courage with which they have maintained the struggle against overwhelming odds.
